Winston- Salem's Mayor Joines visits our classroom!

Winston-Salem's Mayor Allen Joines visited our classroom on Friday, December the 11th, 2009. During Mayor Joines' visit to our class, we shared a few of our team building activities with him. We believe that making connections with those around us will make us successful. Mayor Joines shared with our class about his life and job of helping run our city. We learned a lot about the role that city government plays in making our lifes better from his visit on Friday. We are grateful that he was able to come to our classroom. Thank you and keep up the great work!
