On November 9, 2009 the 4th grade at Forest Park was able to meet Mr. Burchfield, a WWII Veteran. Mr. Burchfield explained to us his life as a merchant marine during the war. We are very thankful for his visit to our school. We hope that everyone will be able to say "Thank You" to a Veteran this Wednesday.Happy Veterans' Day!
