Planting Parsley to Healthfully Spice our Food

On Wednesday March 3, 2010, Ms. Russell from Chartwells/WSFCS came out to room 142 to teach our class that eating healthy can also be tasty. We learned about the benefits of using healthy spices to make our food taste better. The class took part in planting their very own parsley plant from seeds. We hope that in a few short weeks we will all have our very own plant to use in the kitchen. Thank you to Ms. Russell and Chartwells for helping educate us about the importance and benefits of using fresh spices in our food.
